Small group sessions are the heart of Salt.


Each session includes 4–6 women, allowing for thoughtful coaching and a calm training environment.


Sessions focus on machine-supported strength training that is joint-friendly and designed to help women build strength safely and confidently.


Many women appreciate the balance of guidance, structure, and community without the pressure of large classes.

Nutrition coaching at Salt focuses on helping women better understand their body’s signals around hunger, energy, and recovery.


Instead of strict dieting plans, coaching emphasizes developing a healthier relationship with food and learning how to fuel the body in a sustainable way.


This approach helps women build habits that support long-term health rather than short-term restriction.
