Each session is 75 minutes and includes a guided warm-up, coached strength training, and a thoughtful cool-down.
The session is intentionally designed as a full experience, though you’re always welcome to move at your own pace and stay for the portions that feel right for you.

Workouts may include resistance machines, dumbbells, bands, balance work, and functional movement training tailored to your individual ability level.
OsteoFit is ideal for adults looking to improve strength, support bone density, move with greater confidence, and maintain long-term independence and quality of life.
Personal training offers a more individualized experience.
These sessions move at a slower pace and allow for deeper coaching around movement, strength, and body awareness.
Personal training is often helpful for women who:
• are new to strength training
• want extra support getting started
• are recovering from injury
• prefer a quieter one-on-one setting
Nutrition coaching at Salt focuses on helping women better understand their body’s signals around hunger, energy, and recovery.
Instead of strict dieting plans, coaching emphasizes developing a healthier relationship with food and learning how to fuel the body in a sustainable way.
This approach helps women build habits that support long-term health rather than short-term restriction.
