Kim is the CEO and founder of SALT Health and Fitness. As a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Behavior Change Specialist she finds joy in helping people achieve their true potential. Kim has had the privilege of being a health coach for over seven years.
Kim regularly visited the beach while growing up in Sydney, Australia. Over the years, she developed a love for the outdoors and fitness. During her journey through postpartum depression, Kim saw first hand the power of health.
Kim has a 5 year old boy, Jack and toddler twins, Noah and Charlotte. Her husband Chris is the American who swept her off her feet and brought her to Ohio. Kim feels blessed to partner with each of her clients and welcome them into her community.
